We have tried to write this page the way we would want competitors to write theirs: honest about where we win, honest about where we lose, with public sources on both columns. What each product actually is in April 2026
Moveworks is now a ServiceNow product. The $2.85B deal closed December 15, 2025 [1]. At its core: an employee-assistance platform with deep ITSM roots. Triage, resolution, ticket creation, all end to end. The post-acquisition pitch is that the Moveworks agent layer is now native inside any ServiceNow workflow. The customer page lists 350+ organisations and 10% of the Fortune 500. Named logos: Hearst, Instacart, Palo Alto Networks, Siemens, Toyota, Unilever. In February 2026, Moveworks GovCloud cleared FedRAMP Moderate on AWS GovCloud (US) [2].
Jarvis is an agent platform and MCP gateway listed on AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace as "Jarvis: Simplifying AI Adoption" by seller ASCENDING Inc. at $1,500 / $2,800 / custom per month across three tiers [3]. The product has three parts: a Governed AI Layer (PII/DLP, RBAC, SSO, audit logs, LLM routing), Jarvis Chat (multi-LLM enterprise chat with RAG and embed-anywhere), and Jarvis Registry (MCP gateway connecting Claude, Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT and Jarvis Chat to Jira, Confluence, Slack, Google Workspace, PostgreSQL, Snowflake, AWS, GitHub, Atlassian, Databricks, Salesforce). The pitch: governance, multi-LLM, and MCP are primitives, not add-ons.
Where Moveworks wins
Three categories, plainly:
- ITSM depth. Moveworks was built for IT and HR service management. If your single biggest employee-experience pain is ticket volume in ServiceNow, Moveworks is now native to the workflow. Jarvis can cover the same ground via MCP + ServiceNow connectors, but it is a platform-first product, not an ITSM-first product.
- Logo wall and analyst coverage. Moveworks has a decade of Fortune 500 customer logos (Hearst, Instacart, Palo Alto Networks, Siemens, Toyota, Unilever) and 5.5 million covered employees per its customer page. Jarvis is newer, our logo wall is narrower, and we have not chased analyst quadrant placement.
- ServiceNow-native integration and federal footprint. If procurement has said "add to the ServiceNow renewal or don't buy it," Moveworks / ServiceNow AI Agents clears faster than Jarvis. Moveworks' February 25, 2026 FedRAMP Moderate authorisation [2] also puts it ahead for federal workloads. We would rather you get the deployment than stall on our product.
Where Jarvis wins
Three categories where we have the stronger story:
- MCP-native gateway. Jarvis Registry is a first-class MCP gateway in GA. Moveworks has an MCP explainer on its blog [4] and selective support in its agent builder, but the product was built on closed connectors pre-acquisition. If your architecture bet is that MCP (released by Anthropic on November 25, 2024 [5] and donated to the Linux Foundation on December 9, 2025) becomes the interoperability layer for enterprise AI (ours is), Jarvis is already shipped. - Multi-LLM and cloud-neutral. Jarvis routes across OpenAI, Anthropic, AWS Bedrock, Google Gemini, and DeepSeek. Moveworks' alignment with ServiceNow's model strategy narrows that surface. Procurement teams that have rejected Azure-locked Copilot or Gemini-only Agentspace bring the same critique to ServiceNow's stack. Cloud-neutral is the default for Jarvis.
- Transparent mid-market pricing. Our AWS Marketplace and Azure Marketplace listings are public: Basic $1,500/mo, Pro $2,800/mo, Enterprise custom [3]. All flat-fee regardless of seat count. Third-party data on Moveworks reports $100–$200 per user per year with annual contract values from $150K to $1M+ depending on headcount [6]. ServiceNow's separate AI pricing is tiered and quote-based, with Pro Plus and Enterprise Plus commanding 25-40% premiums over standard Pro [7]. For mid-market organisations without a seven-figure platform budget, that price gap is the entire evaluation.
